Overview
The e-Temp external temperature sensor is a passive element used in facilities where the e-Room device is located at the head of a bed or any other place where temperature measurement is not accurate. The device provides room temperature information in analogue format and supplies it to the climate control device in the e-Room zone for processing and actuation.
The device is designed to be fitted on a universal flush mount back box with a BTicino, type N4702 frame or similar; two references are available: one with a white front face and another with a brushed aluminium front face.
Installation
The device should be installed using a 45 × 45 (mm) universal flush mount back box; a white front face or a brushed aluminium front face are available.
Two 0.75 mm2 (minimum) cross section copper conductors should be used for wiring. The sensor should not be installed further than 12 metres from the zone climate controller.
